Thomas A. Barletta

Acquisitions

Thomas A. Barletta is responsible for the origination and execution of Livingston’s acquisition transactions. Thomas has extensive real estate and finance experience spanning acquisitions, mergers, investment strategy formulation, financial structuring, acquisition due diligence and asset management.

Thomas joined Livingston Street Capital in July 2019 from HighRise Capital Partners and HighBrook Investors, an investment firm and family office focused on real estate. He served as an Investment Officer and was responsible for investment management, acquisitions analysis, strategy formulation, research, asset management and due diligence.

Prior to joining HighRise Capital Partners, Thomas was an Investment Banker at CS Capital Advisors, an investment banking firm covering the real estate and healthcare sectors. In that role, he was responsible for the execution of various transactions including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings involving REITs, private equity investors and operating companies.

Thomas is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College where he received a B.S. in Finance. He also holds an M.B.A. in Finance.
