Alta at Regency Crest was acquired by Livingston Street Capital, a boutique private equity firm focused on real estate investments in the U.S. The firm is based in Radnor, Pennsylvania and New York City.
The 150-unit luxury adult living community is located in Howard County at 3305 Oak Drive. It features amenities like a heated, indoor saltwater pool, a 24-hour gym and yoga studio, a conference and business center, and game and theater rooms. The four-story, mid-rise apartment building has a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, some with balconies.
The sale is an example of the strength in the active adult niche market.
