Investor Livingston Street Capital bought a 240-unit seniors community at 2801 Spencer Road in Denton. Livingston Street Capital, which has offices in New York and Philadelphia, also recently purchased the Haven at Lewisville Lake community in Lewisville and the Spring at Silverton in Fort Worth.
