With over two decades of experience in healthcare, senior living, and property management, Jeannette brings a results-driven leadership style and a compassionate, resident-centered approach to this role. Her career is defined by a consistent track record of operational excellence, occupancy growth, team development, and strategic sales leadership across a variety of senior housing environments.

Throughout her career, Jeannette has demonstrated a unique ability to elevate struggling communities to full occupancy—achieving 100% census in multiple buildings and regions. Her leadership in these turnarounds was not only operational but deeply rooted in staff mentoring, culture-building, and resident engagement. She has led transformative improvements in staffing- eliminating agency reliance, reducing overtime, and improving employee retention and team culture. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a TALA-Certified Administrator, she brings state compliance and regulatory acumen to her leadership. Her earlier experience as a Sales Director, Executive Director, and Regional Director solidified her expertise in aligning operational priorities with sales strategies, positioning her as a leader who deeply understands every facet of senior housing management.
