At Livingston Street Capital, Kate Curran manages the marketing, advertising, and digital strategy for our national portfolio of active adult communities. Her combination of senior living and real estate experience, as well as her commitment to brand cohesion and leveraging digital marketing, afford her a unique perspective and skill set.
Kate got her start in senior living nearly 20 years ago, working for a relocation services firm who supported residents transitioning to senior communities. She then obtained her real estate broker’s license in 2005 and was frequently called upon to provide real estate-focused seminars to prospective residents of her client communities nationwide. In 2018, she moved to the provider side, serving as the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing, then Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, for a boutique Lifeplan community in the Chicagoland suburbs.
Kate graduated in 2004 from Millikin University with a double B.A. in Communication and Theater.
