Nicki Beekman

Nicki Beekman joined the Livingston Street Capital team in 2021, bringing over 15 years of multi-site operations, sales, and marketing experience and 10 years as a Development & Marketing Executive working within the non-profit sector. She is responsible for supporting the firm’s national 55+ Active Adult and Independent Living portfolio with day-to-day operations, asset management, sales and marketing, resident experience, and site-team development.

Nicki has worked with Sunrise Senior Living, Atria Senior Living and Meridian Senior Living, achieving award-winning sales leadership, occupancy, and NOI results. Nicki is a graduate of West Chester University where she received a BS in Business Communications and Women’s Studies.
