properties in locations that are vital to a firm’s day-to-day operations.

  • Mission Critical properties in strategic locations

  • NN and NNN lease

  • Primary, Secondary, and select Tertiary markets

  • Primarily Single-tenant, Multi-tenant considered

  • More than 12 years of remaining lease term
